I’m leaving two stars because the cuts aren’t bad. It’s the color that is not good. I normally see Victoria and it’s usually quite early in the morning. This is not a huge issue, but she talks the whole time and sometimes, you just want to relax while you’re getting your hair done. I don’t want to play 21 questions, especially when they are the same questions because you forgot what I said the last time.
