BEWARE!! DO NOT GO TO ARCELIA. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DID NOT DO GOOD WORK. I booked an appointment for my mom, after waiting an hour she was a NO SHOW & eventually replied an hour later with “all my appointments got deleted”. I had booked over social media so a professional would go through messages and confirm appointments if that occurred. Zaira is really bad with business if you have any complaints about her work or how she installs the hair she doesn’t try to fix the problem just immediately blocks you . I was kind and trying to find a middle ground but she kept insulting me considering she gave me a bald spot from installing my tape ins incorrectly. I never again will be coming here or any of my people she does not care about the clients hair rather lose customers then to work things out like an adult instead she chooses to block , vey unprofessionally hand... read more
