Today I saw Lilliana for a balayage and trim impulsively and she did not disappoint at all! I saw a video on TikTok and decided I’d reach out to see if there was any availability, and surprisingly she was flexible enough to squeeze me in! Upon booking my appointment I never received confirmation of it, but I could see the time slot I selected was no longer available. I called and left a voicemail to confirm the time and never got a call back. Once I showed up for my scheduled time THE SALON WAS CLOSED. Have you met Liliana?! She’s amazing! I loved chatting with her, and I really appreciated how thoughtful and intentional she was with my cut. We spent time talking through the look I wanted and how to make it work best for my face shape—she truly knows her stuff. As for the bad reviews—most of them are pretty silly. Ever used a website? second time I come to this place, both times i've been told that they didn't get a notification of my appointment even thought they took my whole payment and I got a confirmation of both appointments, they even have my information on file yet they didn't know I was coming?
