They made it very difficult for us with the intake forms online. We were not told that our “links” would expire after 24 hours and that our appointment would be cancelled. We did not get a courtesy phone call, email or text from an actual person letting us know the links had expired and the 80 minute session had been cancelled for days. I had an incredibly positive experience working with Vanessa over the course of several months.
