I can’t say enough good things about Ashley. I came in struggling with OCD that was really interfering with my daily life and from the very first session I felt understood and supported. Ashley was incredibly knowledgeable about OCD and was able to give me clarity about things I'd been experiencing my whole lfe. I'm so grateful for everything I've gained so far.
Our son loved going to sessions with Ashley! She worked hard to learn what he specifically needed in order for him to get the most out of his time. She communicated so well with us as parents to let us know how he was progressing. Would recommend to anyone!
I reached out to Ashley for a therapy technique called A.R.T. last year. I had been struggling with chronically high cortisol that was unaffected by changes in lifestyle, diet or supplementation.
