I started seeing Dr. Cait towards the end of my pregnancy due to baby being breech. Dr. Cait was so wonderful and the gentle techniques she used made me feel comfortable and confident. She has been instrumental in the last few weeks of my pregnancy, with baby flipping head down and helping to keep everything in alignment. She is so personable too! I would highly recommend Dr. Cait!

I have been seeing Dr. Cait for a few months now. When I started with her I was in my second trimester of pregnancy and was looking for a low key, zero pressure practice that catered to what I felt my body needed rather than a drawn out plan to follow. She is so thorough at every appointment and really takes her time. I'll be seeing her more frequently as my pregnancy progresses and postpartum as well! Dr. Cait is hands-down the best, most intentional and caring chiropractor I’ve been to. My family and I have been her patients since late 2021. My husband and I have high-stress jobs which plagued us with frequent back and neck pain, thus leading to headaches and low quality of life. Dr. Cait has been such an amazing asset to my pregnancy and postpartum care. I started seeing her when I was about 25 weeks pregnant and had an amazing delivery with no complications. I also was feeling great through the end of pregnancy. It seemed I had way less aches, pains and overall complaints compared to other pregnant/postpartum woman I know.
