Finding Dr. Cait was a godsend at the end of my pregnancy and I wish I had done so sooner!!! Every session made me feel better in the 3rd trimester aches and pains. Not to mention I was able to bring my toddler and not stress about those logistics. She was one of the absolute best things to happen to my pregnancy journey and I will enthusiastically recommend her to every person I can!!!
Dr. Cait is amazing!! She has helped me so much throughout my pregnancy to feel good and strong, which has instilled a lot of confidence in what my body is capable of during pregnancy and birth. She's specifically helped eliminate sciatic and hip pain and pelvic pressure, which has been huge for me. Wish I had seen her during my other pregnancies!
I was referred to Dr. Cait through a friend. Upon meeting her and getting an opportunity to have her care for me has been such a blessing. This is my third week going and not only can I feel a huge difference in my body but seeing her and talking with her is such a pleasure.
