Once in a lease your dead! Yes I have issues with management. They know my apartment still needs work. Maintenance came, but only had time to replace 4 outlets, he made an appointment to come back, but did not show up. 8 months of the same issue. I get a Balance due letter every month, and it goes up every month. When I get the letter, I email the current manager (5th one). The original $50+ Was from a disputed amount with the 1st manager from this group. She wrote me a note that said I did not have to pay it, unti... read more

Very bad place to rent. Repairs take 3 weeks to over a month. My list had several items, they even called at work, but still did just 1 item. Both roaches and rats have been an issue. Office staff is unavailable. Repair requests or anything else must be done online, evidently so they don’t have to respond. Their “show apartment” is not what you get. Not cleaned. Carla Rosenbaum, I won’t stay end of lease. Sorry to be here!

I'm so pleased with Ruby!!! She is the absolute very best leasing agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with throughout the whole 5 years I have lived here. I had to change units due to a DV case at the last minute and unexpectedly. Ruby (w/ her humungous kind heart) went the extra mile to get us into a perfect comfy clean unit with next to no notice or time!!!! This is something I believe would not have ever been possible with the old owners and office staff!! THANKS BUNCHES RUBY KEEP UP THE AWSOME WORK!!!
