I’m giving Revivals a Five Star Rating only because Google won’t allow me the Ten Star I believe they have earned. I called the Co-Owner, NaeShelle at 10AM after waiting for one of the Mechanics at Precision Trailer Repair to look at my trailer since 7:30 AM. So I gave up on them because when you have an RV road failure you don’t want to be stranded for one extra minute. They were quick to respond and repair my electric brake wiring that was damaged by a blown tire. Cayden was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this amazing team!
Unfortunately i had a axel bearing go out and caused major damage. We went over a few options and agreed the best course of action would be to replace the axel with entire nrw components. The checked all lights and repacked the other axel bearings as well as adjusted the other brakes as well. I felt the price was more than fair. Will definitely b using them again.
Naeshelle, Austin, and the entire Revival team were a pleasure to work with. I truly appreciated the convenience of their mobile service. The team efficiently converted my boat trailer from surge to electric brakes a highly valuable upgrade that has significantly improved performance. These guys seriously helped me out, nice to work with, and realistically saved me hundreds of dollars helping me repair my boat trailer. Austin and his crew are awesome. Helped me dial in some issues I had with a drum brake system, and source a new axle for my trailer. I will definitely recommend them and keep sending business their way. Appreciate the help.
