Got a email and text confirmation of appointment with Brittany Hoover. I went tonight to my appointment and sat for 20 minutes waiting. I finally went to the website and saw patient portal. Imagine my surprise when it said clinician canceled with no text, call, or email to me. I waited two weeks for this appointment just to be ghosted.
