Lauren is an incredible therapist. She’s compassionate, warm, attentive, and patient. She’s in it WITH you, not just for you. Doing EMDR therapy with Lauren has been an instrumental component of my trauma and grief recovery journey. I’m very grateful for her support and could not recommend her more.
Lauren is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about her career. She tailors each session to the clients goals and encourages growth and self reflection. Taking that initial step to begin therapy can be so difficult but with a therapist like Lauren, you will get adjusted very quickly. She takes her time with each client in order to support them in reaching their goals and becoming a healthier version of them
