HE FIXED IT!! Brought my Nintendo Switch in around in November after another repair shop marked it as unfixable, my console wouldn't turn on, respond or anything. Even though it took months of a lot of trouble shooting and a replacement of parts to get it to work, his dedication to get results on fixing it for me meant a lot when I was starting to become doubtful on if it'll ever turn on again. Now I don't have to worry about losing all of my pokemon saves!Â
OUTSTANDING customer service. Took care of my issue immediately when I visited the store. Had charging issues with my phone and he could have easily charged me for all sorts of remedies but he said let’s try cleaning it first and about 3-1/2 minutes later my phone worked better than it had for months! This is the place to go with tech issues!Â
