I'll start by saying Scott is a great it tech and a genuinely nice person. I went for an hdmi repair on an Xbox. I am a traveling tech and I had to leave rockford by Sunday and took the device in Wednesday. I explained I'd be going to decatur and could he get it done by then. He said he'd see. Welp. It took a couple of months BUTā¦Scott is a true professional computer nerd. Did actual motherboard microsurgery on my MacBook Pro. Also, recovered all my precious baby pictures, wedding, etc. Ya know, things you would go back into your burning house to save. The pics where on an old external hard drive from the 2000ās that had spent cold winters and hot summers in a storage garage. So yeah. Go here.Ā
