Andrew is top notch. Everything about the product was timely, professional and highest quality. Would recommend!
Andrew was very responsive when I initially reached out regarding an algae issue we had. He was able to get out to our home within 2 days, which was quicker than I expected. On the day of his visit he frequently updated me about the time of his arrival. After he was done, he sent an email with detailed photos and information on what he did. Our pool looked great by the next morning. I am very happy!
We have had 3 different pool companies over the past 4 years, and none of them were ever able to keep our pool as clean as Andrew. He has great pricing, good punctuality, and always gets back to us in a timely fashion if we ever have any questions. I highly recommend his services to anyone wanting a clean pool for their family to enjoy during hot summers!
I had a solid experience with Andrew and Revival Pools bit it ended poorly. I forgot to submit payment for the month and instead of a reminder, they just didn't show up to service my pool. Understandable but when I reach out to mention a reminder would have been professional versus a no show (like you don't care for the business), another fairly hostile reply was brought up. Revival Pools 💯%!! We were referred to them from a friend and for good reason. Owner/Andrew is absolutely amazing! Being new pool owners with zero experience, we had so many questions and were so afraid we'd do something totally wrong. Andrew has been a Godsend! He keeps our pool looking beautiful and always takes the time to explain things and answer all of our questions. He even replies to the bazillion text msgs that I send him with questions.
