Esmer was amazing, she discussed all my options with me based on what I was looking for and what would be the best for me based on my look and age. She made it such a comfortable experience she was so kind and gentle and I absolutely love the results, she knows what she’s doing!
Great experience with Esmer! I was nervous about dissolving and refilling my my lips and she was very communicative and knowledgeable about the results and what she recommended. Felt very comfortable with her doing what needed to be done to get a great result!

I am extremely upset and disappointed with this business and customer service. I booked a hydro facial through class pass days before my scheduled service. Upon arrival I was told that the esthetician wasn’t in today and they would have to reschedule my appointment. They should have called me or emailed me and canceled my appointment before I went all the way downtown in the winter weather just to be turned away. In addition they have yet to return my class pass credits making it impossible to book somewhere else. 0/10 recom... read more
I always love coming to this medical spa because the service is consistently outstanding. Injector Esmer is truly amazing — professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. I have had Botox, dermal fillers, lip enhancements, and skin booster treatments here, and I am always extremely happy with the results. Everything looks natural and beautifully done. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. This is the place I trust for all my aesthetic treatments, and I highly recommend it.
