I am blown away by the customer service and integrity exhibited by the Revival crew. I had a product issue and they took care of it right away. That’s the kind of ethic that keeps customers coming back.

06/23 Update- Jeff from Revival Cycles reached out to me and provided a full refund for my order along with an apology. He explained he had several people quit, suppliers not provide parts for months and experience several problems with the Handbuilt show. Sounds like life was hell when I completed my order.
