This was probably the best experience I have ever had at a dentists office and receiving a root canal! I made the appointment last minute through Zocdoc, forever grateful that they had an open slot and took my insurance. They called to confirm the appointment, I get there, fill out the necessary paperwork and not even 15min later, I get called into the exam room. The tooth extraction process was good , but the front desk lady assured me that the insurance covers me everything. I asked her 3 times, and she responded that yes, it covers everything. After they took 360$ for it from my bank account. I call them and the same lady tells me: No it does not cover anything. The dentist who extracted the tooth was great, besides that everything else is a scam. They will steal your money and not tell you upfront anything.

I love the Park/79th street location. I've been coming here for the last 5 years and the doctors, dental assistants and front desk attendants are phenomenal. The check in process is seamless. The wait time is always reasonable. I love that they don't over book patients. The facility is very well kept with state of the art equipment. If you're looking for a new dentist and not so much the agonizing dental office feel then this is your new home.

Great people and great service. The office was very inviting and clean. They were great with reading my face when something was sensitive and also warning me if something might be unpleasant and/or uncomfortable. The dentist was very attentive and helpful with addressing my questions. I found every step of the process to be very courteous and professional. My crown looks as natural tooth!!! I would highly recommend this place!.
