Highly recommend this place. My therapist, Astrid is highly skilled, attentive, and makes me feel completely at ease. Her lymphatic massage is relaxing yet effective, leaving me feeling lighter, healthier, and more energized. The ambiance is serene, and the staff is professional and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a rejuvenating and therapeutic experience!

I have lived in Florida for over 40 years and FINALLY found an incredible massage therapist (she's so much more) and after the first visit, I could walk out of her room with NO pain. Kaci knows what she is doing and is so humble. I can't recommend her enough!!!!
Just did the wood therapy facial with Astrid. It is probably one favorite things I’ve done. It helped so much with the puffiness and the fluid retention in my face. Between the pollen levels this season and all the illnesses going around, my sinuses have been aggravated. I feel amazing and eyes don’t look as puffy. It was so relaxing ! Everyone should treat themselves. Plus, as always, the studio looks beautiful and is sparkling clean
The atmosphere Laura creates in her studio is soothing and inviting. She asked me about my overall needs for the appointment and when I told her I was training for a marathon, she knew exactly what my body needed.
