If I could give a 10 star review I would! Casey, Brandi and the entire staff (both Prescott Valley and Sedona) were welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. About a week after my son finished TMS we urgently needed a document from Revitalize. Casey responded to my text on a Saturday and took time out of his day off to provide the document. Couldn't ask for better people or service.

I’ve struggled with depression/anxiety/ptsd for years , 10 years ago I got sober and many of my symptoms either went away or were lessened ( or I learned how to cope) . A few months ago I started noticing my symptoms returning and it filled me with hopelessness and dread , I didn’t want to go back on meds , I didn’t want to deal with the mental health services (even though I had good insurance) .
