Dr. Prapti and Syed are great.! Front desk is also good
I wouldn’t recommend this clinic. I had a scheduled appointment at 3:45 PM, but they made me wait while they saw a walk-in patient first. There’s not much point in booking an appointment if scheduled times aren’t respected. Very disappointing experience.
I would like to sincerely thank Herlett, Prapti Patil, and the customer service staff, Switzer, for the excellent care and support I received during my visit. Herlett and Prapti Patil were professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Switzer was also very helpful and supportive throughout the process, making everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism shown by the entire team.
Herllett has been doing an amazing job in that clinic. I have been feelings way better after each session. Good professionalism and ethics.
