Not a positive experience. Booked online, received confirmation through texting, arrived and no appointment, nor did they know who was texted by. 30 minute free consult became 10 minute consult. Consult was minimally helpful and treatment plan elusive. Physiotherapist was kind enough and stated the obvious with ice and heat. Curtain room I was placed in didn’t help after the appointment failure. Curtains were dirty, bed taped together, walls dirty and desperately needing paint. Felt unclean.
