They have a much better approach and system in place to capture good reviews over other companies we have used. They are very cost effective and it is worth the fees. We used a different company in the past which was very expensive and a complete waste of money as they collected fees but insisted it would take 6 months to see results. This is not the case with Review Concierge. We saw results within a couple weeks. I would highly recommend them.

After signing up to services with Review Concierge, I had a great session with David. He had walked me through the process of incorporating our review link to our patients review email as well as customize our weekly report for a more concise and clearer report.
