Very professional and helpful
The therapist and supervisor I work with are great, decent, fair and supportive professionals. However, ownership and the billing department are awful. I cannot get a straight answer on how to pay for bills. Forced to use your credit card on file, which they use however they want and don’t give a good explanation, if any. It’s stressful and disturbing.
Kathy has made navigating my grief clearer and her office always feels like a. safe space.
