I started therapy with Sandra Clark in mid February 2025 for bereavement. I had lost both of my accutely ill parents 5 weeks in between each other after 4 straight years of caring for them 24/7. Then a cousin that was one of my best friends to multiple myeloma. She was 47 and left 4 minor children the youngest 6 years old. I wasn't just depressed or anxious in a normal way. I have been working with Reynette for over a year, but just lost my insurance plan and had to make some changes. I was highly distraught at first with the stress of that, along with the reality that I wouldn't be speaking with Reynette in the coming year.
