Beautiful View From My Window At My Neighbor's Junk Sitting Outside Her Apartment Here at The Residence at Linwood Apartments. Management (Logan) Has Been Made Aware. Very Poor Management!!!
Won’t answer when have emergency. Don’t fix anything. Don’t rent there!!!!!
The worst experience I have ever had with a landlord!! Do not rent from these people! They have the rudest, most unfriendly and unprofessional people employed here!! They do not fix anything and they never answer the phone or call you back after multiple messages. My a/c was broken for two weeks before they fixed it ( FYI if they don't fix it within 3 days you can break your lease, I did not know that at the time). Long story short save yourself a headache and stay away from this company!!!!
