I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I was gifted a gift certificate and was excited to use it. However, after multiple phone calls, I was informed that the certificate had expired after one year. My concern is that there was no expiration date or expiration policy clearly stated on the gift certificate. Had this information been disclosed, I would have been aware of the time limitation.
