The HOA of this community spent one weekend failing to fix the gate of the community. The swimming pool has been closed for a few weeks with no reason. Nice! Very professional HOA! I have never seen such a professional HOA company!

The HOA of this community can fine you as their wish. Fine with no reason could be the only way they can manage. Feel free folks! You guys will pay all the cost to me back
Friendly neighborhood. Be aware of your house itself. The base start to incline after 4 years, and cracks start showing up on the wall. We also measured the noise level in the bedroom, low frequency resonance appears with a big db number. These should not show up on a 4 year old house, be aware guys.
