They offer diamonds, opals, pearls and big gemstones jewelleries....many carats, colours, cut or clarity. Also costumized jewelry as well. Can bargain even with already sale tags on. Store is small, not many variations but easy to spot what you may be looking for. Different sales assistance there, sometimes bump into a not so cheerful ones other times an extremely friendly and helpful ones. The place is not busy as it is on the highest floor of qvb, so you can take your time and brows.

Asked to see some opal drop earrings - the real thing and not doublets/triplets - of the saleswoman. Two asians walked in looking for a crystal costume pin. She pulled the earrings back, then returned them to the case while she waited on them. She probably could have had a sale, but I walked out in frustration. I felt treated like a potential criminal AND ignored over a cheap bauble. Walk over to The Rocks. The treatment is much better at the stores I visited (and purchased from) there.
