Hi Mrs. Baber, Thank you for bringing this up to our attention. As a bakery, we take matters of food safety very seriously. We have done our due diligence and reached out to the school and have spoken at length with the teacher of the classroom. While it is an unfortunate circumstance that, in fact, some children felt ill, I've been assured by the teacher that the source is unknown and the kids had also just eaten lunch prior. Best place for people with gluten and dairy allergies. Baked goods were so amazing. I loved the cupcakes and doughnuts I bought.

OHMIGOSH! Vegan cake is so rare (on the whole) and the cake here is SO GOOD...totally worth a visit. Or two. Or maybe three.
