I had the pleasure of renting a 10x10 unit for 17 months with Revere self storage and I can’t express how pleased I was with the whole experience. Great team, very polite and professional. Customer service 10/10. Units are very clean and safe. I wasn’t worried for a second about my belongings being there for so long. I highly recommend this storage unit. Thank you guys so much!
All, we couldn’t be happier with Revere’s newest Storage Facility! The manager of the operation is hands on, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The place is maintained extremely well and is impeccably clean with plenty of free utility vehicles available to make is easy to move items in/out of storage. Jimmy D is awesome . 10/10 customer service. Always there to address any issues with the unit. This past Sunday I was locked out he showed up within 5-10 minutes and helped me get in and fixed the issues . Units are very clean . Best storage units in in the city
Excellent! The cleanest and most modern storage facility I've seen. The access and door system is excellent and all app controlled. The pricing is extremely honest and fair. Locally owned and operated by some really good people that have been great to work with. I could not recommend this place enough!
My first Initial contact with Enzo was a few months back. He met with me at the storage facility. I asked all types of questions. He was always accommodating and professional. I told him I would be back when I had a final decision. Months later, I finally called again. He was super helpful and professional. We did everything right over the phone. No drama no hassle.
