I had a unit here for about a year and cannot say enough good things about my experience. The gentleman who owns/manages the facility is very kind and thorough in helping to understand the app and how to use it to access your unit. The unit and facility itself is very clean, quiet and safe. I never had any issues accessing my unit. Would definitely stay if I wasn’t moving and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a storage unit!
I highly recommend Revere Self Storage! Each interaction with the manager Jim solidified that I made a great choice. He has gone above and beyond to help me from selecting units to making sure I can access them , including on his own time giving assistance!! We currently still rent a unit at Revere Self Storage, but our recent experience has been deeply concerning. We previously rented units 217, 218, 241, and 275. On April 20, 2026, we provided more than 60 days notice that we were vacating units 217, 218, and 241, and we fully emptied those units while retaining only unit 275. Jim runs a clean, modern facility and provides excellent customer service. Don’t store anywhere else, this is the best in town.
Jim was a great help in the move-in process! He was very responsive, friendly and efficient. The facility itself is modern, clean and in great condition, with very reasonable prices and a fantastic 16-month no-price-hike guarantee. I moved to this location after my previous storage increased prices twice in the same amount of time, so the price stability at Revere Self Storage is a great deal.
