I am guessing that these visits are outdated, but from what I experienced just recently from this vet was revolting and I believe an establishment such as this should not be allowed to exist for pets. The staff is super rude and unprofessional. When you step into the building, you receive no greeting or instruction from the staff. This establishment is a disgrace and should not be allowed for the sake of all pets that need medical help. I set up an appointment a week ago, hoping to receive a cytopoint injection for my dog who has had skin problems for the past year or so. We have a dermatologist for him up at Tufts in Walpole, but to cut costs and for convenience, we decided to bring him here. Upon entering the facility, it looked run down and messy. I have and explained that my old dog who is anywhere from a day to a couple of weeks tops to live could use some Pain pills that they have given her rather regularly .They said no unless you bring her in and we can do some bloodwork.The dog has been treated there for more than 10 years. I only wanna give her some comfort. They refuse unless. Absolutely disgraceful.
Very rude staff. I don’t recommend for no one. They just think about your money, I had a lot of issues with them. Worst service, they left you outside without any contact, one day I needed food for my cat which was eating prescription food, and they asked me to make a appointment to get the food. Very rude to customers. My sister called to get information about her cat who had an X-ray done a week ago and still has not receive results. The urine exam showed that she has an infection and needs antibiotics but when my sister called to asked about antibiotics and x-ray results she received a rude person at the other end of the call. I’m writing in regards to the Lynn office...Lynn pet clinic. I've never been more frustrated or disappointed in my life . I would highly absolutely not recommend this clinic for veterinary care. I had several appts for a very sick cat. Every time I left there with expensive bills , a bags full of things I did not need and no answers.
