I am a patient of Florence Francois, NP. She is the most diligent, compassionate, and competent provider I have ever had. She listens to everything and does not leave a single stone unturned. I would not trust anyone else with my care, which is rather complex. Her whole team is just as amazing
Scheduled Wellness Visit by phone several weeks ago. Got to appointment today and waited almost an hour beyond appointment time to see the doctor. Once in exam room nurse told me visit was new patient meet and greet. I explained that I had made a Wellness appointment and at no time was there any mention of meet and greet. Nurse replied that Meet and Greet was a Medicare requirement to get a Wellness visit. I called Medicare later and was told there is no such requirement. This was not a good start. This place is awful. First off they make you stay on hold for like half hour or sometimes longer. Then my boyfriend needs a very important medication and the Dr told him he has to see a psychiatrist like that's not right the poor kid is struggling mentally right now because they won't fill the most important medication. Do they really want him to go to a mental institution again because they are refusing to refill one of the most important medication. TERRIBLE
Super disappointed with the experience. I called to schedule a new PCP appointment but wasn't explained to that I would be a "meet and greet" appointment and THEN another appointment for my yearly physical. The new patient appointment was basically just a physical so it's inconvenient (in general but especially as a new mom) needing to come in twice for practicality the same thing.
