Total clownshow of a practice here. Unresponsive and disorganized staff. The nurse practitioner, Kelly, in particular could not care less whether you get your medications in a timely manner...or at all. Trust the reviewers here and avoid at all costs!

I would avoid this provider's office if possible: Positives: Friendly front desk/ kind providers. They take almost every type of insurance. Negatives: Staff is overworked so they are often late or hurried. Revere Medical makes a lot of billing errors such as incorrectly coding appointments. For example they billed what I knew was a physical as an 'Office Visit' with a co-pay. I have unfortunately been going here for 7 years, and have had 5 providers over that 7 years because they have higher standards and leave this shitty practice as soon as they can. The practice has also been bankrupt and sold 2 times over this period. SMG, Revere, etc. You cannot reach a human at the front desk. The Quest lab tech goes on random 2 hour lunches at unscheduled times and you will wait hours to get bloodwork taken. The online portal works sometimes for scheduling or note review, but not always.
