Had to post since there’s so many poor reviews here. New patient visit today and nothing but good things to say. Wait was short, receptionists were friendly, MA was good, Dr Starbuck was fantastic, phlebotomist was so kind. All around great experience.
Dr Starbucks is an amazing doctor but the front desk lady is the most unhelpful persons I’ve ever dealt with. She never offers any help and is very hard to get any information from.
This office has randomly signed us up for their advanced care management, a 50$ to 100$ monthly subscription, and then threatened to send the bill to collections when we did not pay it. Oh, and don't bother calling them. We called multiple time for every bill and received many assurances that they would take care of it but they never did. They are scamming, lying or completely inept. After all that they have signed us up for the level 2 of the same subscription. Would give negative stars if possible. Beware! Completely dishonest doctor. I only needed a prescription fulfilled and Dr. Starbuck insisted I do a physical, as well as check my cholesterol levels and the only reason I gave in was because he told me they checked and my insurance covers it 100%. I got the bill today and that was a complete lie, they charged me $300 for those things that insurance did not cover.
