I scheduled an appointment in December of 2024. I received a text not long after saying they cancelled my appointment & then unbeknownst to me they automatically rescheduled me for a day in January of 2025. I scheduled my own appointment online in March of 2025 w/ Dr Pederson (I’m a new patient, recently moved back to Utah). And I showed up 15 minutes early for this appointment today, on March 28, 2025. Avoid Revere Healthcare Group at all costs. They overcharge and prioritize extracting as much money as possible. After just three months, they sent my bill to a debt collector, and the amount increased by 32%. Be extremely cautious when dealing with them; their practices are far from ethical.

I made sure I was there half hour early. If you get on my paperwork done, Hey waited. Patiently, for 15 minutes and 4 people came in. They were all seen before me. Another 15 minutes goes by. 2 more people came in and were seen before me. I asked the receptionist. Am I going to be seen soon? I called this place simply to set up an appointment. The first two times I went through the options menu, someone picked up, then immediately hung up. The next two times I was asked to hold, then after waiting a few minutes, they hung up again. Fifth time, finally got someone to talk to me. I asked to schedule an appointment.
