I enjoy Dr Peterson and felt like he really cared about my husband. Bravo! Where the office could use some help is at the front desk with perhaps some congenial give and take. They definitely do their job, but a smile and a kind word " so good to see you!" , anything, would be nice. Thank you.
I have loved and adored YEARS of Service from Dr. Peterson. He genuinely my favorite doctor. Which is why it sucks and hurts to write this review. This office quality has gone way down. Beyond incompetent. I got here early. Got seated in a room. I've now been abandoned in here for over 1 hour. This is ridiculously unacceptable. No one has checked in on me. It's now past close and I can't even find a single person to help address me. Someone got seated from the waiting room 15minutes ago and the doctor legit went in their roo... read more
I have a lot of frustration for Dr. Peterson's side of the office. He is a nice enough Dr, no complaints for his bedside manner. But, every time I go (have been going there since June 2024 with regular visits for pregnancy and we'll baby visits), the wait time is atrocious: 30-60min before we even get called back, and sometimes 30-60 minutes more before we get out. They got me in same day I called in. The wait was not long at all. Dr Starbuck was very kind and attentive. I received treatment and relief from my symptoms. Would recommend
I scheduled an appointment in December of 2024. I received a text not long after saying they cancelled my appointment & then unbeknownst to me they automatically rescheduled me for a day in January of 2025. I scheduled my own appointment online in March of 2025 w/ Dr Pederson (I’m a new patient, recently moved back to Utah). And I showed up 15 minutes early for this appointment today, on March 28, 2025.
