I went to this location to get bloodwork done initially on June 5th. There was a lab error with one of the results so I had to go back on June 12th which wasn’t a huge deal although inconvenient. Now I’ve received an email stating that the lab did not receive the blood needed for results and still do not have the information needed for this one sample. You have now put me behind over 2 weeks for submitting my information for surgery and I have to go somewhere else to get the same thing drawn again since you clearly can not g... read more
Nothing but problems with getting prescriptions sent over to pharmacy. They managed to bungle sending my prescription TWICE in a mere 3 month period. Sending wrong place, not sending enough prescriptions, or writing them for the wrong months. How many phone calls will it take for you guys to get it right? Ridiculously frustrating and happens frequently - otherwise they are usually pretty good about things. Not happy to have to write this review.
Worst experience ever at a Revere Health in 15+ years of going to multiple Revere Health locations in UT County, we went to the Urgent Care on 6/3/26, there wasn't anybody in the waiting room and it took 20 min to get called back to a room, then another 15 min for the NP/PA to come. Their X-Ray machine was having computer communication issues so we waited an extra 20 min for the X-Ray.
