Kimball is great , very patient with my questions, no hesitation to make appropriate referrals, always focused on resolving symptoms, never makes me feel rushed
*edit* it's the third month now they messed up. Sent meds to wrong pharmacy and now i gotta fix it. Their mistake but i have to go to the office now to get paper script. Nothing but problems with getting prescriptions sent over to pharmacy. They managed to bungle sending my prescription Three times now in a mere 3 month period. Congrats. Sending wrong place, not sending enough prescriptions, or writing them for the wrong months. How many phone calls will it take for you guys to get it right? They do there job but the services aren't great. If you need to get something done you have to jump through loops to even start the process. I needed to be prescribed medication that any family doctor can prescribed and instead of telling me they couldn't on the phone when I called they had me come in for a appointment to set up another appointment that also needed a another appointment jusr for it to lead no were. Do not get your blood drawn here! I have never had issues with blood draws before, was poked and prodded multiple times by multiple MAs at this location. They seemed to not know what they were doing and then claimed to have as much experience as a phlebotomist. Go to the lab in AF or Provo if you need blood work. Didn’t even leave with a successful blood draw. Generally have had good experiences with the urgent care doctors though!
