We had an insurance discrepancy and the chick at the front desk was so rude about it. Her attitude was pretty much "not my problem". My husband was already stressed for his surgery and suddenly this girl is telling we're going to have to pay several thousand more than expected. I understand she was only telling us what she had, but she was so rude when we started questioning it and stressing out. Waited 30 min, Never checked us in. Tired of seeing everybody after get in right away. Poor service
I had nose/sinus surgery with Dr Hamilton and the experience from beginning to end was great. All surgeries I've had in the past were in a hospital, so doing it in their surgery center made me a little nervous. The staff was great from beginning to end. I was the last surgery for the day, so I thought I'd feel rushed to get out, but that was not the case. Highly recommend Dr Hamilton and this surgery center.
Everyone there was great my surgery was excellent and Dr Jensen was the best
