I was needing my prescription refilled. I called 5 days in advance so they could have plenty of time to take care of it for the holiday weekend. I waited 2 days and called again. I left 4 messages and spoke with the operator who put in an urgent request for the MA to contact me. I waited again and NOTHING!!!!! Now here it is the holiday weekend and will run out of medicine. THANKS FOR THE GREAT HEALTHCARE . Will be looking for another provider unfortunately.
Very upsetting when you have an appointment and the receptionist are rude and talking loudly and forget to check you in we sat in the waiting room for over an hour I suggest a different more professional orthopedic
Dr. Prince was amazing. The surgery went well and the hospital and staff in St. George was a great experience. I would highly recommend him and the hospital on River Road.
I needed a replacement of my replacement. I heard Dr. Prince was the surgeon for me. My first visit was great Dr. Prince put me at ease, explained everything, I knew I was in the right hands. After surgery, I had some discomfort, Dr. Prince ordered pain medication that really helped with pain so, my therapy went very well. I am now meeting all the expectations of Dr. Prince and my physical therapists. He is a wonderful knowledgeable surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Judy
