I was a patient here for more than 10 years, and unfortunately, this experience ended that relationship. I was told a bill would be waived, was later billed anyway, and after I followed their instructions to resolve it, the account was eventually sent to collections without anyone ever contacting me to explain what had happened. I had a really positive experience with Dr. Duro’s office. The entire team is professional and welcoming, but I especially want to highlight Jacki, the office manager. She truly went above and beyond to help us resolve a medical billing issue that had been stressful and confusing. Dealing with Revere Health has become a dreadful experience! It is almost impossible to talk with a live person to make an appointment or even ask a question. They don't want to talk with you and insist that everything be communicated through their website, much of which is unresponsive, or text messaging only! Not exactly the kind of service or response someone wants from their doctor. Revere didn't used to be so impossible to deal with! Time to start looking elsewhere!

This is my 4th year going here since I decided I should probably start seeing a doctor regularly for annual check ups. Zach Reese, one of the PA’s has always worked me up and I’m super grateful for him. He always helps me out and makes sure I am taken care of. He knows his stuff and every single time I go in I learn something new about the body and overall health.
