I received great service from the "Orem Draw Station and Phlebotomy" inside of the office of Revere Health Internal Medicine - Orem. I have used this lab before and have always received quick, friend, and professional service. It is very convenient location. My doctor is at the Provo revere campus but this lab is nearby home so I use it. I recommend if you are nearer to the Timpanogos Hospital in Orem and have a order from a Revere doctor for labs, use this location. Awesome service. A personal shoutout to Lauren! Thank you.
I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30, yet I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time. To make matters worse, other patients who arrived after me were called back before I was. This experience reflects a lack of respect for patients' time and poor scheduling practices. I expect better from a professional office and won’t be returning unless improvements are made.
Watch out for billing problems!!! They will up code your visit without actually doing the service.

I have good insurance and Revere health has CONSISTENTLY made my life a living hell with medical bills. Got $98 added to have my ever growing bill just for my doctor to fill out paperwork he already filled out 6 months before- took less than 10 mins, re-used his old answers, and he didn’t even fax it. I have gone to a plethora of different Revere locations and professionals and NONE of my health concerns have changed for the better in the last 2 years.
