I’m sick of this place. Every time I get a scheduled appointment at a particular time, they overbook it, and I have to wait between 40 minutes and an hour to get into the machine. If you give me an appointment, I expect you to meet your promise at that time. My time should be respected. I feel foolish by this place, and that is disrespectful.
I rarely complain about anyone, but Dr. Ling is the most irresponsible doctor I have ever seen. Every time I have to wait outside for 20-30 minutes and the meeting with her is only 5 minutes. The important thing is that she is always in a hurry and will not listen to you finish your words. This is really a very bad doctor. Her assistant is also very bad. Dr.Lin is worst immoral primary care physician I’ve ever had in my life, she has no patience at all, prescribed the wrong medicine(she prescribed minocycline for dry eyes, I found out from my new PCP, got eye drops from ophthalmologist for dry eyes), and I told her my body is itchy, she told me would prescribe me a cream for the next appointment, never heard it you can’t tell doctor multiple things in one visit, what a joke!
