Edit: Revere Health reached out almost immediately and apologized for the issues and said they had talked to the staff in question and would be doing further training. They were very courteous and respectful and Dr. Rao offered to come in early to accommodate our schedule. A negative experience turned positive. Dr Rao is very competent and does a great job.
