Dr. Frantically is a rare medical professional who cares deeply and truly about his patients and, in my and my wife's opinions, tries to make our lives better. Highly recommended. Why he went into gastroenterology, I will never understand, but I am glad he is my doctor.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Visiting with Daven Smith was one of the most dismissive and uncomfortable medical experiences I have ever had, especially for a specialist visit that I waited for and will likely have to pay significantly for due to my high deductible insurance plan. I scheduled this appointment for because I have ongoing digestive issues where many foods upset my stomach, and I also have a family history of gastrointestinal and food-related health conditions. Incapable of doing their job correctly. They were supposed to get an order in Friday, called Monday they said it was sent, today still heard nothing and called a third time and they want another doctors appt but they can’t get us in to see anyone. Would literally die if I didn’t keep harassing them to do their job.
This office does not answer the phones or, if you choose the 'call back option,' they don't do that, either. After my endoscopy, the doctor ordered me to take a medication daily going forward, but only ordered a 30-day supply. The 30 second consult, which took place when I was barely coherent ofter the procedure, was fine but did not address my concerns, AND I can't make an appointment to get more information.
