I am disgusted with the "treatment" I received from Dr. Hilbig. I am writing this to warn others away from this office. Dr. Hilbig diagnosed me with an active condition on my chart without informing me or discussing it with me. He refused to listen to my new symptoms and ordered labs without discussing what they were or why we were doing them. Dr Owen’s is amazing. Kind, great manner and thorough. He is very very busy but will take time to help you.
Every negative review I read was spot on about this place. The doctors and nurses just want to get you in and out.
I saw dawn ngo PA after being referred and had a really horrible experience that left me in tears. She talked quickly and medically and i didn’t understand anything she was saying. She wanted to tell me why I was frustrated did not even actually ask. Bedside manner was really awful when I was obviously in distress about my condition. She also was talking to one of her staff about me quite loudly and aggressively while I was still in ear shot which was be try unprofessional.
