Florence the receptionist is horrible , not very professional, her phone ethics can improve by 100% she also said they had no appointments guess what they did have next day appointments and she basically refused or didnt look even though it’s an urgent matter!!!! Thank you Christy for being efficient maybe this Florence can take lessons from Provo receptionists!!!!!
Procedure done July 3rd 2025 it’s November 2nd and they still haven’t given me results. From the moment NP Tiffany Steck entered the room, I felt that her demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional. I calmly explained that we were there to receive a diagnosis based on testing that had already been completed (labs, endoscopy, biopsy, etc.).
