Terrible practice from top to bottom. NP had terrible bedside manner . Didn’t ask questions or seek to understand first. Went straight to saying things I have to do. Which were things I knew from talking to the doctor previously I shouldn’t do. Terrible communication. Don’t confirm appointments, no reminders. I’m running low on medication. I’ve reached out now 4 times over the course of three weeks to get prescription refilled. No answer
Dr. Owens is the absolute best. Took time to listen, was super knowledgeable, and was willing to help anyway he could. He was compassionate and very kind. His staff was also helpful.
Dr. Frantically is a rare medical professional who cares deeply and truly about his patients and, in my and my wife's opinions, tries to make our lives better. Highly recommended. Why he went into gastroenterology, I will never understand, but I am glad he is my doctor.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Visiting with Daven Smith was one of the most dismissive and uncomfortable medical experiences I have ever had, especially for a specialist visit that I waited for and will likely have to pay significantly for due to my high deductible insurance plan. I scheduled this appointment for because I have ongoing digestive issues where many foods upset my stomach, and I also have a family history of gastrointestinal and food-related health conditions.
