You can’t ever get in!!!! You call and they want you to schedule online and all the providers are booked way out. They say stay on the line if you need help and no one answers. Great way to help your patients. I actually had to find another clinic becuase I couldn’t even get anyone to answer.
Dr Owens is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had! He has the most phenomenal bedside manner and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I highly recommend him!
I am disgusted with the "treatment" I received from Dr. Hilbig. I am writing this to warn others away from this office. Dr. Hilbig diagnosed me with an active condition on my chart without informing me or discussing it with me. He refused to listen to my new symptoms and ordered labs without discussing what they were or why we were doing them. I left my appointment with Dr. Hilbig feeling humiliated, judged, and completely dismissed. From the moment he entered the room and asked "Why are you here?" with an accusatory tone, the entire experience felt cold and impersonal. He immediately recommended a book on gut health without asking anything about my current diet or lifestyle. According to the follow-up notes, he listed me as overweight and claimed a physical exam was performed — which never happened.
