They scheduled me for a biopsy but never gave me the results. I had to call multiple times, and eventually all I received was a text—not even a phone call—saying: “Unfortunately your liver biopsy came back inconclusive and will need to be repeated, as they weren’t able to get a large enough sample.” When I tried to call for clarification, both the doctor and his medical assistant were already out of the office, even though it was only 3:00 PM. From my experience, his medical assistant is rarely available.
You can’t ever get in!!!! You call and they want you to schedule online and all the providers are booked way out. They say stay on the line if you need help and no one answers. Great way to help your patients. I actually had to find another clinic becuase I couldn’t even get anyone to answer.
Dr Owens is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had! He has the most phenomenal bedside manner and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I highly recommend him!
I am disgusted with the "treatment" I received from Dr. Hilbig. I am writing this to warn others away from this office. Dr. Hilbig diagnosed me with an active condition on my chart without informing me or discussing it with me. He refused to listen to my new symptoms and ordered labs without discussing what they were or why we were doing them.
