They were helpful when I missed my appointment they helped me get in the same day, and the doctor that I went to didn't just shove medicine at me. She’s actually trying to help me find the problem. The only thing is that they seemed very unorganized.
I can not speak highly enough about this office. They are the friendliest, most attentive. They truly seem to care about your well-being. Would and do recommend them to others.
Terrible practice from top to bottom. NP had terrible bedside manner . Didn’t ask questions or seek to understand first. Went straight to saying things I have to do. Which were things I knew from talking to the doctor previously I shouldn’t do. Terrible communication. Don’t confirm appointments, no reminders. I’m running low on medication. I’ve reached out now 4 times over the course of three weeks to get prescription refilled. No answer
