Always friendly and super helpful!
If I am told I can’t get my medicine because it’s been a year and I already made an appointment! I am suffering because they can’t read a screen! Going to find a new doctor
Dr. Hollingshead was Awesome. My husband and I just really like this Doctor very attentive about are needs. I give Holligshead 10 stars. But on the other hand the lab. I give no stars. The person taking the blood was very rude. Very unprofessional, it was a chore for her to be there. Maybe she should seek more pleasant surroundings away from Revere Health
I cash pay every single appointment. I visit every 3 months to renew a prescription. About 75% of the time, I receive a bill in the mail. Explaining that I already paid, sending receipts, sending proof of the charges on my card, it's all getting extremely old. Its hard to believe revere fails this often. At this point it seems more like a scam than a legitimate doctors office.
Absolutely amazing doctors and nurses. Their billing team could do a lot better. They made so many mistake with my claim and continued to make them even with my insurances help. They lack communication between their staff and the staff are so fast to be rude as soon as you question them and the way they do things. Would not recommend this place if you want to be dealing with a bill from last year that Revere Health just couldn’t process.
