July 17th was my mom's appointment paid her co-pay of $20 and then we get a bill of another $20 the billing department is terrible they're double dipping this isn't the first time this happened
I get labs back low & many high markers & the doctor tells me everything looks good....obviously not. I asked to get seen by another doctor because previous doctor didnt seem to listen or he forgot majority of what we were talking about & wants to follow up in notes...I get blown off about getting seen by another doctor. My husband has been charged for co days & we shouldn't be after meeing our deductible. My wife and I were rear-ended and went to their urgent care. We got hit with a massive bill that we could not pay, despite the accident not being our fault, and both parties having insurance coverage. We made payments to Revere Health, but Revere Health still sent us to collections even though we paid half of the bill and communicated that we were waiting for a settlement. They don't care or even seem to want to work with you on the financial side of things. I will never go back!
I took my daughter into urgent care, as she was sick. The doctor wanted me to have her blood tested as she has a blood disorder, I never received a call back with the results so I called and was told the results from a receptionist but was told she couldn’t interpret them but her levels were elevated, I asked if the doctor could call back and go through them with me, never received a call back.
