Doctors are good, but my insurance doesn’t have a co-pay. However, the front desk said I had a $50 co-pay. I explained I don’t, so they then changed their story and said it was a down payment on my bill. For real? I’m not buying a car guys. Bill my insurance. When I asked if they could just bill my insurance, he said “we don’t do that here”. I was seen here a few months ago too and they didn’t charge me a co-pay then either. I wouldn't recommend this office. I went there and the two people at the front desk we unprofessional and not welcoming. They were complaining about other patients. The P. A I wouldn't recommend either. He didn't seem very concerned and didn't spend a lot of time with me. It's just frustrating when you come to a specialist and it feels the same as if going to a primary care doctor. Will not be returning here.
The physician and office staff are incredible! Would definitely recommend!
I have been going for several years and have not had a problem. I went today because of my continued issues with sinus infections. I had already done urgent care and was following up with the PA at the office. I arrived a little late, but knew there was a 10 window, so thought I would be fine. The office was farther away than I had remembered and I have sciatica and can only walk so quickly. I still felt I was within the time limit. This office is incredible! I initially saw Dr Hamilton for recurrent sinus infections then ended up having a deviated septum fixed & a turbinate reduction. For follow-ups, I saw his PA Wes Clegg & he had the best bedside manner! Their staff is all friendly too!
