Waited two weeks for an appointment. On the day of I lost my wallet and was running 15 minutes late. I called in to see if I should still drive 20 minutes there and they said to come anyway. When I got there they made me reschedule and said that the soonest date was in 11 days.
Forces payment upfront if you don’t have insurance cards. So not only am I out $900 for the procedure, I’m out the missed time for work. The made me wait an hour while they “called,” the insurance company. This office is a joke.
They are wonderful to work with!
Just had my first visit to this ENT office. Everything went smoothly and on time from check-in to departure. I appreciate it the way I was treated by all the staff, including Joshua, who was the PA who met with me. He very skillfully and expertly used the scope to look down one of my nostrils at my vocal cords and it was no big deal.
Wow! I’m always so impressed with this office. All the staff are so kind. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Then there is Wesley. What can I say. I wouldn’t want to see anyone else. I was so nervous for the visit. He put me at ease, listened, answered all of my questions, and explained everything. He made sure I was good each step of the procedure. I felt he had time for me and took things at my pace. So kind, personable, and caring! Highly recommend Wesley and all the team.
