Booked an appointment online and from the attachment you can see that my appointment shows it was booked, but when I went to my appointment they were clueless and could not find my appointment. I am really thinking that Revere is a place that people should avoid. When I go to my Revere primary doctor for a wellness check up they don't even check my heart, ears or other tasks that are part of a wellness check up.
My son came in to get his adenoids checked. We met with the PA Joshua and he was great, the front desk staff was not. They asked for my son’s insurance card, I gave it to them and they said it was no longer active. Weird because I had just used it the week prior at his ped and they were able to process it just fine. Called and got the insurance number from the ped and it was the same one I gave them. Doctors are good, but my insurance doesn’t have a co-pay. However, the front desk said I had a $50 co-pay. I explained I don’t, so they then changed their story and said it was a down payment on my bill. For real? I’m not buying a car guys. Bill my insurance. When I asked if they could just bill my insurance, he said “we don’t do that here”. I was seen here a few months ago too and they didn’t charge me a co-pay then either. I wouldn't recommend this office. I went there and the two people at the front desk we unprofessional and not welcoming. They were complaining about other patients. The P. A I wouldn't recommend either. He didn't seem very concerned and didn't spend a lot of time with me. It's just frustrating when you come to a specialist and it feels the same as if going to a primary care doctor. Will not be returning here.
The physician and office staff are incredible! Would definitely recommend!
