I got referred here by Hill Air Force base what a waste of my time!!!!!! Waiting an hour on hold just to hear they didn't recieve my referral after 3 one hour hold phone calls!! After they finally get the referral they tell me appointments are 6 months out.. I cancelled the whole process for Cardo and nephrology... NOT recommended especially not for military service members!
Very scammy money pit! Insurance won't pay for scan of your heart i was told $69 out of pocket and to pay within 30 days. I tried to pay with my debit card online and was surprised the bill was for $99 and I looked this up before 30 days. I then got sick for two weeks, I'm a mother and full time student and have not been unable to call because of my barking cough until yesterday. I am unable to express the level of anger and frustation I'm feeling right now. I have had a cardiology appointment scheduled for 7 months. I happened to call in today as a complete fluke to verify that my appointment was in AF vs. Provo and because I hand't gotten any reminders to validate that. It turns out that the majority of their cardiologists left MONTHS ago and they CHOSE NOT TO COMMUNICATE THIS TO THEIR EXISTING PATIENTS. I mean, we're heart patients for crying out loud. 7 months to get an appointment and two hours on hold to be able to get it. Totally unacceptable.
My daughter needs a heart monitor and the insurance is requesting a peer to peer. The office will not call them to get that scheduled for her. Very disappointed.
