Avoid talking to Mandy at the front desk if possible. She is less than helpful and has no customer service skills that are necessary at places like this. People are likely worried about their health, seeing that we have to go to a specialist for our hearts and kindness goes a long way. The only saving grace that stood out was the kind girl I spoke to on the phone at the call center after my appointment (McKinley) and the scheduler who called me back. Can't speak to quality of the cardiologists, but the mere act of getting an appointment was ridiculous and fraught. Office staff refused to call my insurance company to get confirmation and told me repeatedly that "they knew what they were going to say". I called the insurance myself and got approval from them and everything seemed squared away. Every time we come to this place, we wait over an hour. The people who work here are rude, the doctors are rude. Why schedule an appointment, if appointmenta are not followed. Just a big waste of time.
