Good surgery, but they did not inform me about paying for signing insurance forms, they held my insurance forms hostage until I paid.
I waited on a surgical waitlist for over a year, only to receive a letter stating that Dr. Azad was relocating his practice to Sault Ste. Marie. The letter included a brief and impersonal apology, but no plan for follow-up care or support in finding another provider. I could have made alternate arrangements much earlier had I been informed sooner. I waited on a long wait list for a year, for a surgery I need, and one day got a letter in the mail, saying that Dr. Azad is moving his practice to Sault Ste. Marie, and gave a cheap apology, for wasting a whole year of my time. In that year of wasting my time, I could have made alternate plans. The way that this was handled is extremely unprofessional. Told has no privileges at TB hospital so have to go out of town for surgery!
Dr. Azad and his team are wonderful ! The receptionist, Ashyea, was so kind and very resourceful! Looking forward to see what else they offer!!
