I waited on a long wait list for a year, for a surgery I need, and one day got a letter in the mail, saying that Dr. Azad is moving his practice to Sault Ste. Marie, and gave a cheap apology, for wasting a whole year of my time. In that year of wasting my time, I could have made alternate plans. The way that this was handled is extremely unprofessional. Told has no privileges at TB hospital so have to go out of town for surgery!
Dr. Azad and his team are wonderful ! The receptionist, Ashyea, was so kind and very resourceful! Looking forward to see what else they offer!!
Refuses to help. I had a very short consultation where he said he "changed his practice" and will not be able to help me. I contacted the office and said I had been on the waitlist a long time and wondered if there was anything at all he could do, his receptionist emailed back: "Dr Azad's General Anaesthestic services will no longer be offered here as he is only able to offer them to patients from Sault Ste Marie and the North East while he is locuming in the Sault.
