The staff create a community or family environment. They have so many activities for all ages. They are constantly communicating to the residents and keep the property well manicured and managed. It was a wonderful experience. I called this place home for 5 1/2 years! Thank you to Rachel, Trish, Brittany and team including the skilled maintenance staff!
Been living here for over a year now, the rent has gone up and the services have only gotten worse. They say they spray for bugs on the regular but I’ve been having bugs in my apartment. And anytime I ask for a maintenance person to come and fix something it’s always a half ass job and I end up fixing it myself
Has its Pros and Cons... Great neighborhood, decent location... For the most part can't complain.. when I do complain its because maintain does not change lightbulbs, you are not allowed to have a live Christmas tree, valet trash is very very very inconsistent, office gives out renewal notices with less than a week to let them know if you are renewing.. I also hate the water/pluming system, I clean the faucets like once a week because they turn black. I refuse to drink the water from the faucets.
