We have lived here going on 7yrs. and have been happy with the front office staff and maintenance. Any problems have been dealt with in a timely manner. We had a parking problem and accommodation was made for my disabled husband. Yes sometimes you can hear neighbors but the office quickly addresses this if you notify them. Same with animal waste and trash issues. The grounds are very well maintained. We are close to grocery and retail stores which is convenient.
