I’m really glad Rachel is the new manager. She’s really cool. Last month my washing machine died. Within six hours I had a new washing machine in my apartment.
I have lived in this community for several years. This community is safe, clean, quiet and the rent is very reasonable for what you receive in amenities. The office staff, maintenance team and house keeping team are beyond professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. If there is a problem they will ALL go out of their way to find a solution. Apartment complex looks inviting from the road, and even in the parking lot. Maintenance, and staff in the office are all extremely nice and approachable. Any issues have been dealt with immediately. Plenty of convenience from the location. Lots of food, coffee, and close to Charlotte/Gastonia. Lots of dogs also live here which makes mine feel like less of an issue. The staff at Revere are attentive, kind and helpful. They answer maintenance calls the same day if possible and fix the issue every time. We love living at Revere.
