Ms. I have lived here for two years and ever since KASS Management has taken over things have been horrible. We have had three property managers and all of them ignore emails, phone calls, and maintenance requests. They are rude privileged, and I promise they will not respect the fact that this is your home. I would never recommend renting from Kass Management Services, all they want is your money.
If you like fighting for a parking spot you've paid for We moved in the summer and have been here for about 6 months. The place was taken over by Kass Management so I can't vouch for the previous management. Maybe it is because they are so new yo the ownership of this property but I feel they are super unorganized.
