It’s incredibly disappointing to see a response here without any follow-up from you via email. Furthermore, the claim that employees have seen the device is completely false. Do not live here. They will illegally take more of their security deposit than is allowed by law. Also they no showed on 2 move out appointments which shows they don’t care. I lived in this building for 5-6 years and I’m having to take them to small claims court to get the amount of my security deposit I am owed.
I'm not sure who's supposed to upkeep the surroundings, a lot of dog poop. And the brick road, it needs repair. The apartment itself is okay, and the quick service maintenance 👌
