There has been a constant battle with mail delivery with this property. Lockers have been broken since we have been tenants (August 2025)! Our only response was "find a better / safer place to have your mail delivered to! Or have your packages signed for!"??? Then we were told that mail was being picked up by the office after hours, however CLEARLY our mail was not! Only to be found destroyed, ravaged and picked through, along with several of our neighbor's mail. There is zero accountability! Management should be responsible... read more
The building and community spaces are immaculate and beautifully furnished and decorated. The staff, esp.the leasing agent Latia, are very patient and genuinely friendly. Thank you,Latia for keeping it real!
Still no email back 💀 It’s incredibly disappointing to see a response here without any follow-up from you via email. Furthermore, the claim that employees have seen the device is completely false. No inappropriate language was used—only a request was made for a call from your manager, which appears to be deliberately avoided. I’ve reached out via email but have yet to receive any response. Still no follow up from management regarding the motor mention i emailed then and never heard back. Sure had a lot to say until I posted pictures of or email thread regarding the motor and how your trying to replace it since its not working. Please avoid living here when u move out they will charge you for things that were not even on the move-in checklist I work in the industry and this has been the biggest scam trying to charge me 4000 for equipment that was never working or present in the first place please dont waist you... read more
