Such a caring stuff and beautiful, well-run property.
I find it very relaxing to live here, the roof and club room are very nice for bringing friends over when your place isn’t clean. Maintenance comes quickly, and is very friendly. The staff is really friendly overall too. There are pool tables and ping pong tables, a gym, a communal kitchen, tvs, and I can proxy in my friends without being in the lobby - however, I still need to be present to let them into the elevator.
I would not recommend I’ve lived here since 2020 and it drastically changed in the 3 years I have lived there. Leasing consultants and maintenance staff have always been courteous and responsive, but there was still a lot going to which some was out of their control Washer and dryers are poorly maintained or just poor quality. I frequently complained about it. We had to swap out our washer twice and it did not seem to make a difference They sell their ADA units to peoples who do not meet the criteria.
