I called to ask to speak to my grandmother, and I was told that she's in isolation. They don't tell me what she's in isolation for, and they don't let her know or set up her tablet to call me. A week later she passes away.
Alexis Micks is a drug addict she shouldn’t be working with the elderly. She is constantly taking about residence in awful manner.
Really unprofessional and unethical.
The food really needs to be improved ,some of it really isn't edible ,I know it's hard to cater for everyone's taste and there is a choice of two different meals ,but if neither meal is to the liking of the person there's no other option the person goes without . Also items have been removed from residents room being told that the item isn't permitted .I know for fact items have been removed when the resident is out of the room .nothing is private .
The staff here are very caring and friendly and helpful with my mom.
