Staff and people are very friendly.
On this one year anniversary of her admittance, I would like to take this opportunity to formally thank you and all the FHTS staff for making my mother's stay at your facility a pleasant experience, she seems very happy now and that makes me relieved after looking after her care for nearly a decade, and would recommend Forest Heights to anybody looking for a long term care home for their loved ones, especially in the South Asian community.
Reading the reviews of other people, it should be noted they were prior to COVID-19. My own experience of my father, prior to, throughout and after the pandemic, this facility has been excellent. Though he has passed away recently, I give this facility a four and half star rating as staff is excellent, professional, caring and compassionate which showed when my father was a resident. Even more so during the week that he passed away I praise the staff at this facility.
