I am trying to contact you since yesterday but there is no response…..Kindly pickup the phone
Called this facility to schedule a tour. Receptionist puts phone call on hold so they can speak with someone about it. However, they did not mute their end of the phone call and overhear them being told by someone else to just hang up. Which they proceeded to do. Incredibly unprofessional, if this is any indication of the treatment of residents, glad this bullet was dodged.
Caring,knowledgeable and friendly staff. From the PSW's to the nurses to the lovely lady at the front desk they made my brother and I feel comfortable moving our Dad in on Christmas Eve. Communication regarding Dad's daily routine have been excellent!Special thanks to Julie and Ashley❤️
Both of my parents are at Forest Heights LTC for 3 years now and they're very happy there. Although the building is a bit older but inside it's well kept. The floor and hallway are clean and clear of clutter. There is a lot of natural light in every resident room, lunch room, common space, and hallway. The facility staff makes their round throughout the day to keep the floor and washroom clean. If anything breaks, the maintenance team would respond within the same day. I had an exceptional experience thanks to Julie, the Long-Term Care Facilities Lead Manager/Director (I am not sure her title). I arrived late in the afternoon on Christmas Eve without an appointment, wanting to see the interior of the building and hoping for some information as I explore LTC options for my mom.
