Do yourself a favor, DO NOT GIVE REVENUE WELL A MINUTE OF YOUR TIME. Like many other offices, they never delivered. There is zero communication and when we call "support" their answer is "we will escalate a ticket". They will not provide a phone number or email to any of their superiors or legal team. Our attorney has sent letters and they have not responded to her. I see a class action in the near future. Especially now that the ADA has dropped them. - Keandra, Office Administrator

Consider whether you or a team member want to spend several hours over the course of a month placing 9 follow-up calls to a company that promises to take care of a simple, but important issue. Imagine if on each follow-up you are told the ticket was lost, needs to be resubmitted, needs to be sent to a different department, and after a month have seen no progress on this issue. That has been our experience and I regret ever establishing myself with Revenuewell.
