I just received a letter saying that I owed 3,841.00 to Hardin Emergency Services. The problem is I have never been to Hardin Emergency Services. I called Revenue Recovery Corporation and attempted to explain that I had not been there and that I did not understand what the bill was for, I was speaking with someone who said that her name was Brandee.
